In January, you receive a different golf exercise routine each week. There are 4 exercises in each routine so it is a quick but powerful addition that you can modify to fit your level of fitness and flexibility.

Follow along by doing the routine 3 times a week. At the end of the month you can mix and match the routines to create year long workouts.
