Let’s Get Started!
1.
GET CLEAR
You want to be honest about the state of your golf right now…at this moment in time.
Then define what you want to achieve. Where do you want your golf to be? What is your goal?
And lastly what are the obstacles that are standing in your way?
Take your time with this sheet and get very clear on what you want and what is in your way of getting it.
2.
Top Three Feelings
Your emotions/feelings matter on the golf course. Here you are going to explore and decide what top three feelings or emotions show up for you on the golf course.
You ware going to come back to these emotions later in the course so make sure to write them down and keep it handy
Watch the video and find the link to the worksheet below.
3.
TOP THOUGHTS
The first step in all of this is awareness. You want to be curious about what you are thinking on the course.
You are going to write down as many common thoughts that you can recall.
In the video, I share some examples to help you. Use the worksheet below to assist you.
4.
Data Collection
Numbers don’t lie and there is gold in your personal data.
Watch this video and then use the worksheet to collect your personal statistics about your game.
This is not meant to be taxing. You can do a bit now and finish later.
You can also collect data on every over club. Guessing is not your best option. At a bare minimum, collect some information about your short game as that will be very eye opening and helpful.
