You have 50 minutes of private coaching a week for 1 month. This is where you and I get to work on your specific mental game hurdles. We find what is keeping you from playing your best or what will take your game to the next level.
In between calls, I offer you things to practice and rehearse to reinforce what you are discovery and to up level your thinking. Most “homework” takes 10-15 minutes a day.
You absolutely get to decide how much time you want to put in to it. It is much like taking a golf lesson and then practicing after the lesson.
